Do you want to creatively expand your skills and learn something new and unprecedented, maybe you want to create and experience the joy of creation, or perhaps you want some time to yourself to fill with self-expression in a safe environment with an experienced teacher alongside other charming participants? If you answered yes to even one of the questions in your mind, then apply and join the Friday afternoon group from 18:00-21:00 in a cosy and warm workshop space in the centre of Riga. Each month you will learn unique skills, create interchangeable jewellery and accessories, learn the basics of sustainability, make new friends, have a great time and use what you learn in your work and expand your creative hobby. The topics are divided into months. Each month you will learn one or more interlinked topics and at the end of the month you will own not only beautiful and unique jewellery and accessories made by your own hands, but also a wide range of knowledge and skills in nine different creative forms that you can use for your hobby, to develop your business, to have a great time or to combine all three. 

April is Batiking Month. You will learn the basics of batiking, including the fundamental principles of pattern formation. You'll gain skills in working with vegetable dyes and also explore batiking with synthetic dyes. In the second half of the month, we’ll delve into two vegetable transfer techniques: cyanotype and flower transfer on fabric. By the end of the month, you will have mastered four wonderful techniques and created four beautiful garments for your spring wardrobe, adorned with stunning motifs and vibrant new colors.
